Dave Maitland, Managing Director/Operations Coordinator

Mr. Maitland is an Agronomist with a very diverse management background. Maitland’s career includes managing grounds of private country clubs, Regional Sales Manager, Vineyard Manager, Project Manager for an Oil Company located in Nigeria and Operations Manager for a Fiber Optic Internet Service Provider. His accomplishments include renovating 180 acres of grapes to be the first sustainable wine vineyard in the state of Missouri and negotiating with the Nigerian Federal Agriculture Ministry for rights to farm in the Edo State.   Mr. Maitland is one of the founding members of TAMM started in 2014.

Don Bickowski, Resource Director/Governmental Relations

Mr. Bickowski is an entrepreneur and Data/Telecom Engineer with a wide array of management experience.  From his initial founding of CRC Information Systems as the Vice President of Systems in the mid 70’s and as President of Midwest Internet Services he has provided leading edge Software and Hardware solutions throughout his career.  His accomplishments include Developing complete Vertical Market Business Software Solutions, Enterprise Software Deployment and Project Management in a Fortune 1000 setting and Conceptual level Design and Development for several startups.  Combined with his Governmental experience he possesses a diverse set of proven leadership skills.  Mr. Bickowski is one of the founding members of TAMM started in 2014.

Steve LaHood, Marketing Director/Business Development

Mr. LaHood is a business to business development specialist with an emphasis on marketing and sales. He has co-developed training and sales programs implemented on a national basis for a fortune 500 company. In 2002 Steve was a Missouri statewide record holder in the supplemental insurance field. He is a previous Illinois trainer of marketing and ethics in the indemnification industry,
Steve has written articles in various publications including a nationally published article in the environmental industry’s “Econ Magazine.”  Mr. LaHood is one of the founding members of TAMM started in 2014.
